2. Define Your Time Window: Specify the number of months for which you’d like to retain data. For instance, setting it to 3 months will ensure that any data older than 3 months is automatically purged during the monthly data retention redaction run.

3. Review & Confirm: After you save your changes, our team will review your settings and, if necessary, reach out to ensure everything is configured to optimize your account performance.

Automated Data Deletion

To streamline data management, our system automatically deletes data beyond your chosen retention window—typically around the first Monday of every month. This automated cleanup process helps maintain a lean data environment and minimizes manual oversight.

Important: Once data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. We recommend aligning your retention window with both your operational needs and your commitment to user privacy.
