About the role:
As an SDR at Ours Privacy, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, identifying and qualifying opportunities with healthcare organizations that need privacy-compliant marketing solutions.
You'll own the top of funnel, building pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting, responding to inbound leads, and partnering closely with Account Executives to drive revenue. This is a high-impact role where your work directly influences company growth and sets the foundation for our sales success.
You'll develop deep expertise in healthcare marketing, privacy compliance, and the martech landscape while building relationships with marketing leaders, CMOs, and growth teams at innovative healthcare companies.
What you'll do:
Identify and research target healthcare organizations and key decision-makers
Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone) to generate qualified opportunities
Respond quickly to inbound leads and qualify them through discovery conversations
Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs, pain points, and compliance challenges
Clearly communicate Ours Privacy's value proposition to marketing, legal, and technical stakeholders
Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and provide thorough handoff notes
Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in CRM
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging, targeting, and campaign effectiveness
Stay current on healthcare privacy regulations, marketing trends, and competitive landscape
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline generation goals
The ideal candidate is/has:
1–3+ years of SDR or BDR experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, martech, or healthcare technology
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation goals
Strong written and verbal communication skills; you can craft compelling, personalized outreach
Comfortable picking up the phone and having discovery conversations with senior stakeholders
Highly organized and process-driven; you manage your time effectively and follow up consistently
Curious and coachable; you ask great questions and are eager to learn and improve
Self-motivated and resilient; you thrive in a fast-paced environment and don't get discouraged easily
Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to help build and refine sales processes
Research-oriented; you enjoy learning about prospects and tailoring your approach
Team player who collaborates well with sales, marketing, and product teams
Bonus: Familiarity with healthcare, digital health, or regulatory/compliance topics
Bonus: Experience with martech tools (CDPs, analytics, ad platforms) or selling to marketers
