Knowing your customers just got easier—and smarter. With our new Enrichment Destinations, you can enrich visitor data in real time and then map, filter, and dispatch it just like any other field.
What Is Enriched Data?
Enriched data is supplemental information you can add to a visitor profile—like their location, job title, company size, or persona group. Instead of collecting this from the user directly, you pull it in via third-party enrichment services or synthetic logic.
We’ve always supported synthetic data at Ours Privacy, but now we’re going further with integrations to external enrichment providers.
These providers enhance what you know about a visitor—without compromising your privacy-forward stack.
How It Works in Ours Privacy
We’ve added a new category inside your Destinations tab called Enrichment.
These destinations don’t send data—they add data. When a qualifying event comes in (like a page view, form submit, or product click), we send that event to the enrichment partner. The response—containing enriched attributes—is automatically saved to the visitor profile.
Once it’s there, you can:
Map enriched properties just like native ones
Use enriched fields in filter conditions
Dispatch enriched segments to destinations (like CRMs or Facebook)

Meet Our First Three Enrichment Partners
We’re launching with three enrichment services:
Each service is plug-and-play. No special infrastructure needed. Just enable the enrichment destination and configure which events should trigger enrichment.
Why Enriched Data Matters
There are a few key reasons enriched data is powerful:
Holistic Customer View: Knowing someone viewed your knee-replacement page is useful, but verifying their email, age, location and more helps you accurately assess and qualify leads even if they haven't yet filled out a form.
Smarter Segments: Create dashboards and audiences like “users who started an online sleep-apnea screener, accepted marketing cookies, and live within 30 miles of Clinic A.”
Richer CRM Records: CRMs love context. Send enriched titles, locations, emails and inferred interest into Salesforce, Hubspot, or any other CRM destination with our mapping tools.

And of course, everything stays compliant. You control the mapping. You control the destinations. You decide how enriched data is used.

Here are just a few ways teams are already using enriched data in Ours:
Geographic Segments for Regional Campaigns: Enrich IP addresses into location data, then tag CRM users by region.
Custom Facebook Audiences Based on Persona: Create a custom Facebook audience for users with specific job titles or industries—without asking them directly.
Data Gaps Coverage: If a user skips a form field, enrichment can often fill in the missing info automatically.
