Technical Aptitude: Comfort in setting up, maintaining, and proposing well-structured, thought-out solutions for customers.
Problem-Solving Passion: A love for debugging diverse analytics pipelines—whether on the front-end, back-end, via webhooks, or across other platforms.
Effective Communication: The ability to clearly articulate technical solutions to customers and collaborate within a dynamic team.
Your Role
Customer Support: Provide top-notch technical support and guidance to our clients, ensuring their systems run smoothly.
Troubleshooting: Dive deep into analytics pipelines to diagnose issues, whether they occur on the front-end, back-end, or elsewhere.
