About Ours Privacy:

Ours Privacy is a fast-growing, HIPAA-compliant customer data platform (CDP) built specifically for healthcare marketers. We are on a mission to simplify privacy-centric marketing by offering a solution that helps healthcare marketers track, analyze, and optimize their campaigns while respecting user privacy. We are scaling quickly, and as part of our growth, we are looking to add a technical client support expert to our remote team.

About the role:

We’re looking for someone with deep expertise in Google Tag Manager, ad platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads, GA4 and CDP integrations with platforms such as CRMs, consent management platforms, marketing platforms and EHRs.

In this role, you’ll be at the intersection of marketing and privacy, helping to support clients, onboard new users, troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to product development. You’ll lead the testing & implementation of new integrations to make our CDP even more valuable to our customers. You’ll play a key role in shaping how marketers leverage a privacy-focused product and optimize their ad performance without compromising user data security.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist in onboarding new accounts by implementing tracking solutions using Ours Privacy.

  • Use your technical expertise with Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and more to implement and debug complex analytics setups.

  • QA and validate technical configurations to ensure accurate data flows and tracking.

  • Support clients by troubleshooting tracking issues, source integrations, GTM setups, and destination configurations.

  • Test and QA new integrations and create clear, user-friendly documentation for implementation.

  • Collaborate with the product team to provide input on product development, with a focus on integration testing and customer use cases.

The ideal candidate is/has:

  • Experience with server-side tracking and integrating ad platform APIs

  • A strong understanding of marketing pixels, GTM, and event tracking: how to set them up, debug issues, and ensure data flows correctly

  • Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and GA4, particularly in tracking, attribution, and data sharing for conversion optimization

  • Comfortable working closely with marketing teams to ensure smooth ad tracking without needing deep engineering support

  • JavaScript knowledge and experience; basic knowledge of HTTP requests, webhooks, and debugging tools; experience reading and writing payloads

  • Bonus: Experience working with APIs (especially for CDPs, CRMs, EHRs)

  • Bonus: Experience with first-party data strategies, cookieless tracking, or privacy-focused attribution models

  • Passionate about solving complex tracking and attribution challenges in the world of privacy-first marketing

Why you’ll love working with Ours Privacy:

  • We’re at the forefront of privacy-focused marketing and offer a unique, fast-paced opportunity to shape the future of the industry

  • We are a growing, remote-first team that values flexibility, output, and impact

  • You’ll have the opportunity to work with an innovative product in a rapidly expanding space

  • We operate with a deep commitment to privacy and helping marketers thrive while respecting user data

  • You’ll play a pivotal role in our company’s growth and success, shaping the product, client experience, and overall strategy
